Pleasantville Smiles, key word “Pleasant”! I’m 55 and this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! Everyone was amazing this morning and for the first time ever in my life, I’m looking forward to my follow up appointment next week. It had been six years since my last dental visit, and I finally decided to make an appointment with Pleasantville Smiles. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Tiffany Sudre and Tasha made me feel completely at ease. I had a cleaning, X-rays, and scans done, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable. Dr. Sudre’s attention to detail and precision really stood out. She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. For the first time, I left a dentist’s office feeling relaxed and confident about my care. Highly recommend.

Had my first visit at Pleasantville Smiles today for a cleaning and checkup and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The office is spotless, calm, and welcoming—and there’s plenty of parking, which made everything easy. The front desk staff was so friendly and organized. They explained everything clearly and even checked my insurance and fees before I scheduled my follow-up appointment, so there were no surprises. The visit felt thorough and professional. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a new dentist, this is the place for you. I've been going here for about 2 years and have always had a positive experience. The cleaning is always done efficiently and gently. Every one at the office is welcoming and professional. They never recommend or perform services you don't need. I've been to a few dentists office that feel like used car salesmen trying to upsell you through the entire appointment using scare tactics. At Pleasantville Smiles, they only recommend what you need, so you know they are going to take care of your teeth the right way.

My temporary bridge came off. My regular dentist was on vacation. I was advised to see a local dentist for reattachment. As my permanent bridge was 10 days away, I reached out to Pleasantville Smiles. My first contact was with Claire, the front desk administrator. She advised me that the dentist had a full calendar. However, she said she would fit me in. I arrived15 minutes later. Within minutes of my arrival, dental assistant, Layla had me in a chair, x-rayed, and prepped, for the doctor. I was in and out within 45 minutes with my temporary bridge resecured. Having several commitments for the weekend, not the least of which includes a wedding and a milestone birthday party, I am most grateful for their attention to my urgent situation. Thank you, Pleasant Smiles. I would recommend this professional Dental office without reservation. Additionally, this may very well be the cleanest medical office I have ever set foot in. At the age of 68, that is saying something!

This was my first time going here after my former dentist retired and sold his practice. They are so helpful in getting pre-approval from my insurance company so there are no surprises. They do all the legwork in dealing w the insurance which is such a relief. This was the most thorough check up and cleaning I’ve ever had! Way more imaging and diagnostic info, all covered by my insurance. There are follow up procedures that they are investigating coverage and copay’s (if needed). I highly recommend Pleasantville Smiles! It was a wonderful experience.
